We spent 5 years in the country in Alabama; BUG Central. We had great luck with Ortho Home Defense. Since we had a little one in the house we only sprayed outside around the edge of the house and windows and in front of the doors. No spiders, roaches, ants or other creepy things came inside.

Spiders outside are good. I don't kill spiders because with no spiders you have flies - however my wife is squeamish. So we have a spider detente - they don't go in - we don't kill them. They go in - Liz can stomp 'em.

Showering down from Chernobyl, hah! I almost peed from that sentence! And you are very much NOTHING LIKE an old fat blonde woman, upon whom you should go ahead and flush next time.

"Nice to meet you, but I guess I shouldn't get too attached to the cat, huh?" I love being presented with really awkward situations like that. And I always want to say stuff like that - but I don't, because I am nice. Really.

Gosh, I love spiders. Sorry. I carry them outside in paper cups. They don't really like that much but it's better than the fate of getting smacked to death with a magazine. And...I seroiusly doubt you look anything like an old fat blonde woman. You just can't trust old guys who wear plaid shorts. Nope.

Connecting pipes make me sad.

ok. Hot shot makes a spider killing spray. works for up to 4 months. its in a tall skinny brownish red bottle. spray all your corners, baseboards etc. It kills on contact too so thats nice. just spray the little fuckers. I have one bottle for direct shots and another for spraying walls and stuff. plus they make this hanging thing that repels spiders or something. it helps. even typing the word spider makes me scream like a little girl. (did ya hear it?)

lol. silly guardcat. That Harold sounds...interesting. I know spiders are creepy crawly and all, but for some reason, i'm just not scared of them. One time I even picked one up and threw it at my friend who was scared of them.lol I'm so evil.

See, you should have thrown GuardCat AT the ant. One time my father saw what looked to be a groundhog or mole of some sort on the back porch. He picked up our cat, opened the door, and dropped her down in front if it, saying, "Here!" Lo and behold, it worked! The little critter scurried away--but not because the cat chased it. It was terrified of the cat LANDING on it. So go ahead, toss the kitty. Watch what happens. Heh.

Spiders are icky. And if your little kitty is like mine...she will WATCH the bugs, but not actually KILL them. (Of course, my other two kitties just run and hide.)

heh! Yeah, I used to live directly opposite a park, and I remember being flabbergasted the first night, at how many brazen rampant furry bastards there were on my roof and walls! By the way, I live in South Australia, the very place they came to to collect all those spiders that they used in the movie Arachnophobia! It's kind of cool in a way, watching that movie and knowing that those are a butt-load of the local Huntsman Spider chasing poor ol Jeff down the stairs! :D

I'm sorry. I've been away for d-land a bit. I am confused. Did you just move into a nursing home?
