Why, it looks like Handyman is the absolute push over. Just press your will onto him. Just do what you want and tell him to enjoy it. Wheres the problem. Hes a push over!!!

Bring a bottle of wine, some chocolate and condoms and you've got a perfect date. I love home made pizza. Mmmm. Pizza. It's all about confidence, just fake it, he'll never know. He just wants to spend time with you, he wouldn't care if you played chopsticks with Guardcat's paws (she might).

Is there somewhere you'd like to go/something you'd like to do that you haven't quite had the nerve to do alone? That might be fun? If he was mine I'd get him to take me to the greyhound racing as people are always telling me its good, easy-going fun. I reckon the others are right - he likes you, he doesn't care what you do

Oh yes, do take wine and chocolate, as the sage KFK suggests. But might I recommend a pizza cutter instead of the prophylactics? That way you have the perfect weapon-gift at hand if he gets too fresh or, say, expects you to give him focaccia during dinner. Love, R xxx

Sounds like fun! (And yeah, bringing a bottle of wine makes you look like an appreciative guest!) I'm sure the piano playing will be fine (better than fine, actually!)

Sounds like a great date to me. Maybe he can join you on the paino, you can play a duet. Chopsticks, anyone? HA!

Oh! Oh! You should totally learn the one from Guys and Dolls that goes "Marry the man today, marry the man today, marry the man today and change his waaaaaays tomorrow." Or else "Matchmaker, Matchmaker" from Fiddler on the Roof. Or maybe "Whatever Lola Wants" from Damn Yankees. Um ... hooray for musicals!

SQUEE for Witty! I'm so excited for you! Shiraz is actually the best wine for pizza. And I like the ide of bringing a cutter as a gift too - he probably already has one, if he makes homemade pizza (I used to as well, I made beer crust, yum) or maybe a little cheese cake for dessert? You can't go wrong with dinner and a DVD, and perhaps "West Side Story" would be a good one to watch. Perhaps you could learn "Someone to Watch Over Me" or even "You'll Never Walk Alone". EEK!

*gasp* WHICH Swartzenegger joke? Is it the one with the composers? Thats my absolute favourite. I always fuck it up completely when I tell it but I laugh like a loon anyway and hope others will join me...eventually! The first time I played a musical instrument in front of BF I was hyperventilating with fear - not ideal when you consider I was serenading him on the harmonica. Still, he was very kind and Im sure Handyman will be too, because HE LIKES YOU. s x

I am SO HAPPY FOR YOU! No need to be anxious, be you. This guy sounds like such a sweetie. Homemade pizza! Have a great time...and be a good girl. Uh-huh. RIGHT.

He does sound like a good guy...cooking! Laughs at jokes! And even though "Phantom" is about a crazy masked kidnapper, it's still romantic. Don't ask me why, but it is.

Musicals...how about "Something Wonderful" from "The King & I"?

No, no, you should actually play High Anxiety. That would be cool.
