How yummy! What a nice retreat. So is your caseworker moving on or is the whole department gone? Are you going to be cut off from social services? Hope everything is still in place for you. ~LA

My association with the agency is done. No more services. No more financial help with my art classes. Nothing. Plus I was told by my old boss they won't hire me back either. I just can't figure out what I did wrong. My boss was almost crying when I left. She said I was an asset to the department and inspirational to our clients. I guess that doesn't count for anything in getting hire back land.

Heh. My former boss, Crazy Cat Lady, used to have this henna artist come to our office and all the girls would get them on their hands and feet. I never did, because I don't like anything I can't wash off RIGHT NOW if I want to.

That agency thing is Suck City for sure. I hope you find some other resources. What a shame. On the flip side, it sounds like a great retreat! I had a shaman "discover" my totem animal for me, and I was an otter too. I wanted to be a wolf - hoping for that one - but I got the otter card.

Giving birth to fire? Does this mean you now have a fire-crotch? I want a henna tattoo that says "forever".

We have a djembe. Its massive. We also have congas and bongos. Later this year we will also have a full kit in the studio. Come over. Knock yerself out. We all hit the hell out of em, even the kids. They're great stress relievers! s x
