You know what I think? I think it's a message from your dad. I know that crazy hide-and-seek games involving key electrical appliance components is probably NOT the exact kind of message you're hoping for from someone you adore and miss dreadfully, but sometimes you have to take what you're given and read into it what you can. Like Joseph Campbell says, look beyond the symbolism and to the metaphor and the lesson. (And anyway, I still believe the golden retriever was a hello-message from him, too, no matter what you think...) Lotsa love, R xxx

Now I need to get that image outta my brain so I can get to sleep without imaging someone standing at the foot of my bed! AAAH!

Hey, it's better than dreaming of a game show where they play with chain saws.

Things flinging themselves off the counter must be tiresome, but translucent people on the stairs are COOL!!!

I agree with Miss Hiss...I think it's your dad trying to send you a message. Just to say hi, nothing scary. You have been thinking and talking about him a lot lately...I think this is his way of saying "yo! I'm over here witty..duh, I always have been!!" :) The signs we think they will send aren't always what we planned.

It's quite possible your mom is sleep walking. Injure herself and get back into bed wthout waking too? Yeah. Especially if she's on any kind of sleep meds. As for ghosts, it's fun and creepy to live in a haunted place, isn't it? Though I must say the nice mundane unhaunted Hobbit House is a relief after living in Spook Central for 12 years. ~LA
